I love what you did with the hair, it's all shiny and it really flows like in water. The perspective of her head is good too, maybe the nose can be less flat? I feel the nose misses something.
If you want a more realistic style, I suggest taking colours of the environment in your shadows. Her skin feels somewhat it doesn't really belong there, because she has light shadows. More greeny (like the background and her hair) colours would be better.
Also I think the fading out, could be more spread. Maybe add a lighter version of the skin?
Other than that, magical drawing and the hair is awesome.
